What exactly is a Virtual Employee™?+

An AI agent with a job description — planning, compliance, verification, invoicing or finance. It connects to your existing systems, works 24×7 on real orders, logs every action, and escalates to your people when judgment is needed. You hire it like a colleague, not license it like software.

How is this different from workflow automation or RPA?+

RPA replays keystrokes on top of your screens; it breaks when anything changes. A Virtual Employee understands the order-to-cash domain: it reads the order, the waybill, the rate card and the mandate, decides within thresholds you set, and explains every decision. It owns an outcome, not a script.

How do you get our data? Do we need a migration project?+

No. We virtualize the data we need by connecting to the ecosystems you already run — TMS, ERP, telematics, e-invoicing networks, partner portals. Your data stays where it is; Virtual Employees read and act on it through governed, auditable connections.

Will Virtual Employees replace our people?+

They replace the chasing, keying and reconciling — not the people. Your teams move from processing documents to supervising outcomes: setting thresholds, approving exceptions, handling relationships. The work changes; the need for people does not.

What happens when an agent makes a mistake?+

Agents operate within approval thresholds you define. Anything out of threshold is blocked and escalated to a human. Every decision carries a full audit trail, is replayable, and can be rolled back.

Does our data train your models?+

No. Nothing trains on your data. Data is processed with EU residency, under GDPR, and used solely to execute your order-to-cash chain.

Do we have to adopt all five modules at once?+

No. Most customers hire their first Virtual Employee for one module — often Track & Comply (e-Waybill) or Verify — and extend along the chain as value is proven. The five truths compound: each module makes the next one stronger.

Which e-Waybill regulations do you cover?+

eCMR under the UN protocol, the EU eFTI regulation, and national mandates including Spain, Greece and Serbia — with new corridors added as mandates come into force.

Which e-Invoicing mandates do you support?+

The Peppol network plus clearance and CTC models: Italy SdI, Poland KSeF, France 2026, Belgium 2026, Spain Verifactu, and the EU ViDA framework as it rolls out. One compliant fiscal trail, every jurisdiction you invoice in.

What financing options can we plug in?+

Both factoring and trade finance rails, through partners such as BlueRock. Because every receivable is verified against execution truth before it reaches a funder, approval is fast — cash in 24 hours — and pricing reflects real, not assumed, risk.
