From 5 October 2026, every domestic road freight movement in Spain must carry its electronic Documento de Control Administrativo (DeCA). Fincargo generates, signs, archives and interoperates it — across any TMS, for shippers, carriers and forwarders.

DeCA's legal framework

Missing the document, or missing essential data, is sanctioned per shipment — independently, and up to a year back. Liability falls on the contracting shipper and the effective carrier — each party answers for its own data (Orden TRM/282/2026).
